Job Description - Perform cleaning tasks (dusting, cleaning & sanitizing surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) - Use and manage chemicals (all purpose cleaner, disinfectant, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, degreaser, and other chemicals) - Use equipment (vacuum, floor scrubbers, carpet shampooers, mop & mop bucket) - Carry & move heavy objects (must be able to carry at least 50 pounds) - Inspect & document quality of work and time spent as specified -Perform various general labor tasks as needed such as junk removal & painting.
(training provided) Requirements -No Prior Cleaning Experience Needed - Must represent NEAT's core values (attention to detail, efficiency, growth oriented) - Must have reliable transportation - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds - Must be coachable - Must be punctual, professional, and communicative - Must be able to work in a team setting - Must be a problem solver - Athletic ability or experience with manual labor preferred - Experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred - Scheduling will vary week-to-week Pay:
