Responsibilities:
Completes work orders assigned Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Preventative maintenance as assigned Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Reliable transportation a must Valid driver license Provide own tools and equipment to successfully complete maintenance/work order requests Knowledge, Skills and
Experience:
- 3
years' experience in maintenance or equivalent - Have good verbal and written communication - Problem solving skills - Dry walling including painting and carpentry - Knowledge of plumbing - Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures - Have good verbal and written communication - Problem solving skills If you have the required experience and skills, we would love to hear from you.
